Clubs

Part of Churchfield's vision is to encourage each other to be the best we can be. We recognise that for many children areas in which they flourish may lie outside the normal curriculum delivered in school. As a result we are proud to offer a number of after-school clubs, led by our school staff in areas in which they themselves have a passion and flourish.

From January 2023 the following clubs were on offer to children in Key Stage 1 and 2:

Monday – KS2 Choir

Tuesday – KS1 Computing or Year 1-3 Games or KS2 Art

Wednesday – Gymnastics lunch club

Thursday – KS1&2 Science or Recorders or Year 4 – 6 Gardening

Friday – Year 1 to 3 Drama

For the second half of the Spring term the clubs on offer are:

Monday – KS2 Choir

Tuesday –Year 1-3 Games; KS2 Art; Year 4 -6 Football KS2 Gymnastics lunch club

Wednesday – KS1 Gymnastics lunch club

Thursday – Recorders; Year 4 – 6 Gardening; Year 1 - 3 Science

Friday - Year 4 - 6 Drama

Many clubs will continue on through the summer term and there will also be new clubs on offer, especially as the weather outside improves.
